Hi there,

As I've said in a previous post, I have been using resperate daily for 2 weeks now. I'm enjoying it, and the immediate effects are great. My blood pressure drops from an average of 140/87 to 117/77 immediately after use. However, my blood pressure then returns to my usual high reading within minutes of stopping the session.

Will my blood pressure ever remain at the lower level, and if so, how long will it take to stabilise at a lower level permanently? (IMG:http://forum.resperate.com/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Sustained results usually occur around the 3rd or 4th week of regular and proper use. Just keep in mind, even when you achieve this sustained reduction, you will still need to continue using it to maintain this reduction!
