Hi everyone,

I went for a doc visit and the BP device came out. This right away puts me into a panic, even though last year my BP was measuring at the doc's around 123/75 and at home a lot lower.

So, at the docs I panic and clock in at 150/89. (IMG:http://forum.resperate.com/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

I go to my acupuncturist and explain what happened. She takes my BP, it's now 139/80. After our session, she takes it again and it's 115/75. (IMG:http://forum.resperate.com/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Anyway, I've taken out my old Resperate, since it helped so much last year to get me to a wonderful reading even at the doc's.

I guess part of the Resperate exercise is to really cool the nerves that go a little haywire at the doc's.

What do you all think?

Best,

Angel
