I need to know if my blood pressure reading is 115/60 at 9:29 P>M> and it was 185/83 before taking meds this morning, should I do the breathing with it this low?

I took 1 tablespoon of Calcium with Mageneisum around 10:00. Did that cause it to drop?
Anyone experience this?

It is up to you and your schedule as to when is the best time to do a RESPeRATE session. The RESPeRATE has a normalizing effect so it will not give you low blood pressure, which makes it safe to use whether your readings are high or low.

I have used the machine as directed, and my blood pressure is up. I sent an email to Resperate asking for help, with all the machine readings and my blood pressure records, AND GOT NO RESPONSE.

Since this post I sent you a private message and I believe you were given an alternate email address and that your details were reviewed and you were responded to.

Koyotekyle,

are you perhaps wrapping the arm strap of your BP measuring device too tightly around your arm? This would give a much higher reading.
