I've been using RESPeRATE for more than a year now and like it a lot. But a USB port would be a good thing. I'd like to have a woman's voice guiding me, rather than the very authoritarian male voice it currently uses. Also, would be great to be able to download from a larger menu of tunes to listen to. I understand a USB option is in the works...
