I have asked to have a question answered on the forum but no one wants to commit ?.
I will try again. I was told by JACK of resperate while telephoning the free helpline number that i had 8 weeks to evaluate the Resperate should I waish to return for a refund. However the official site states only 4 weeks. Which is correct please. I am 2 weeks in with no sign of improvment, have verified I am using Resperate correctly and am using it every day. Will someone please answer this post, on this forum, with the answer to my refund question !. |

I am still unclear where you reside. If you are in the US, please call the following number: 1-877-988-9388, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST. If you are in the UK, please phone the following number: 0800-177-7778 or 01794 527400. These are the numbers for RESPeRATE. Once again, please check your invoice to see whom you purchased, as each independent reseller has it's own return policy. So, back to the issue at hand, your BP. If you have been using it for 2 weeks and have not seen a change, I would probably say that it's highly possible that you are not using it correctly. The first few sessions, when first beginning to use it, should be more mechanical. Such as sensor placement, seating (comfy couch vs reclined chair, etc), time of day using it, how many times per day, duration of session...basically understanding the technicalities of it. Once you get the technicalities of it, the next step is to relax. Make sure that you are breathing according to the tones and that there are no distractions! Breathe Easy!
