Hello, I sent two requests in last thursday hoping to get replies before i decide whether to purchase. However, so far no response to either. FIRST: If using once per day is recommended - would twice per day (morning and evening) be better? I noticed someone suggest that after not using for a while his BP went up again. If you use this machine for long enough, will you eventually learn to breathe this way as a habit and therefore no longer need the machine (as its done its job)? SECOND: Whilst I have an address in Hong Kong, I live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia most of the time. I would prefer to get machine sent here for speed but am concerned re import duties. Could you let me know shipping charges AND import duties for both places? I assume the longer shipping time to get it to the Far East will make the 30 day guarantee somewhat redundant? Look forward to your replies and hopefully purchasing your machine.
