Saw the RespErate advertised on Yahoo.
Wouldn't it allow insurance companies to stop covering hypertension meds? I learned some meditation techniques back in the 70s from the TM group, those techniques (in concert with a Radio Shack Biofeedback monitor) allowed me to slow my pulse, lower blood pressure and be mellow... As long as I had an hour or two a day to TM. I have high blood pressure now, relaxing kinda works, but at NO time can I relax on my job during the workday. How many of RespErates' users work in construction, manufacturing or law enforcement? The last thing anybody wants is a relaxed cop, or in my case, high steel welder. My meds work, and hypertension is NOT psychosomatic. =M0= |
