What is the best time of day to use Resperate?

I have been completing my sessions at night before I go to bed because it is relaxing. I would like the best results possible and was wondering if this is the best time.

Would first thing in the morning, or early evening be better?

I've been using Resperate over 3 years and I prefer to use it just as soon as I get out of bed. Two reasons... blood pressure is always higher of the morning, most heart attacks occur early morning.

There is no "best" time to use the RESPeRATE. Many people prefer using it at night when they are more naturally relaxed right before bedtime. Others use it in the afternoon during their lunch break and some use it first thing in the morning to get it out of the way.
Olefin states a very important fact. It is fact that most people's blood pressure is at the highest in the morning when they wake up. This is why doing a session at this time would be a good idea!

Before I got my new Ultra, I used my older Resperate every other day for the full time which was about 14 minutes in the therapeutic zone.

I'm thinking about switching to 10 minutes every day.
Would this be better than 14 minutes every other day?

The goal is 40 minutes of what we call therapeutic breathing a week. It doesn't necessarily matter how you achieve this weekly goal, as long as you continue to do so!
