 Tighten/Loosen Belt, Problem with belt adjustment |

I constantly have trouble with being told 'tighten the belt', 'loosen the belt', 'tighten the belt' - sometimes on every breath. Very disconcerting, and certainly not conducive to lowering BP. Any tips would be appreciated.

Have you tried putting in a fresh set of AA Alkaline batteries? Sometimes when the batteries are weak or if you mix batteries, it affects the sensor. If you've changed the batteries and this issue still persists, please call our customer care dept at: 1-877-988-9388, Mon-Fri 10am-5pm EST.
