I have a very stressful job and my BP is very high by midday.I am usually not very relaxed with streams of people needing my attention. On the one hand I feel that is the best time to use RESPERATE;on the other hand I am so stressed that it takes me long , or sometimes impossible to get to the theraupatic breathing zone.At home it is easier. what do you recommend as the best time.
Secondly is it the more usage the more the benefit? If I use it three times a day do I get more benefit that using it once a day |

Very Good Questions!
We often recommend using the Resperate in the evening, when you are naturally more relaxed. It will be easier for you to get into the therapeutic zone, which is what is required to help lower your blood pressure. In regards to using it while at work, I can totally relate. Although you may not necessarily be relaxed enough to get into the therapeutic zone, but even squeezing in a 10 minute session should be enough to relax you, if even slightly! This slight relaxation or even "break" may help in lowering your blood pressure. Above all, quality outweighs quantity. Breathe Easy!
