I have phoned and emailed customer services for back up and had no positive replys. Perhaps it is meant for the US market and not the UK?. The 0800 number is just a call centre in Romsey, Hants., UK and not trained employees and so a waste of time. Whether the machine works or not is hard to substantiate as I began using it when my BP went through the roof! ( 188/ 112). My GP has changed my medication and it is now down to 108/68 . Because of the lack of service, I will send the machine back for a refund, which I note in the press has been increased to 8 weeks trail period.
