Hello -
I just started using Resperate a week ago. My synch rate is between 45 -50%. What should i be doing to get my sych rate up to an acceptable level? |

Sounds like a typical new user. You are not following the tones properly. Make sure that you are breathing at a comfortable pace. I may have solved the problem. I think the belt was placed in the wrong position so it was not detecting my exhale when in fact I was exhaling. I moved it a little lower and my synch rate is now up to 82%. All other stats seem OK. Detection rate at 94% and final bpm @ 5.2. I've been averaging 59 minutes over the last 7 days. I find using Resperate very relaxing hopefully this will impact my bp. |

ahhhh, yes. Breath detection. Didn't even ask you what your stats were on that one. Glad you figured it out on your own!
