I've had good success with the product and like it very much. But a strange thing happened earlier today. When I turned on the unit, I got a message saying "PC" with two arrows pointed left and right. It doesn't transition to anything else, but just stays frozen there, and makes the device unusable for me. I assume this has something to do with the earlier experiments to make the unit PC compatible, but I have never used it that way, and have no need to do so. Can you let me know what I need to do to get the unit functioning properly again. Thank you.
