I hope that someone can help me evaluate the statistics that one gets after each use? For example, is breath detection more important than synchronization? Does it matter if during one session sychronization is in the 80's and in another it is in the 90's? How important is it if during one session the BPM is 6..... and in another 4.....? If these rates vary, does one get the same benefit or is it more important to keep the levels consistent? If so, how does one do that?
