I was 150 over something horrible.

This morning I take it, it's 119/73 left arm, 103/73 right arm. I just took it again, with the wrist thing, which usually measures higher than the upper arm cuff, and it's 121/73.

My doc is very nice.

I guess it's something left over from my childhood when going to the doc was embarrassing and I'd get stuck with needles.

I noted to my doc that the times when my readings in her office were wonderful was when her nurse took me into a little parlor and I sat in a comfy chair and put my arm on a little pillow and the nurse measured.

The doc said she would mention this to her affiliated university, which finds and pays for her office space. (Her old space had "lots of rooms" she noted.)
