I received my resperate less than a week ago. After a session my BP goes down about 8 pts. or so. Since this seems to be the case I am wondering if it would be beneficial to do three 15 min. sessions spaced evenly throught the day, thereby keeping the lower BP sustained more evenly. Any research on this topic? Thanks

Recent studies show that there is definitely a dose response, meaning the more you use it, the better the results. (as long as you are using it properly!!) From what you are saying, it seems clear that your body is already responding and you are getting a reduction. At this point, I would recommend using the RESPeRATE daily and be patient. Although it's exciting to see a reduction immediatly, it's more so to see the sustained reduction which you will encounter between the 3rd-4th weeks of use!
Good Luck! Marguerite (IMG:http://forum.resperate.com/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) |
