Since there are several different sized members of our household that use the Resp@rate, I've had some trouble getting the sensor belt accurately resized when I go to use it. I would think if the belt had some sort of hash marks with numerical labeling, it would be of great help to accomplish this.

Dear Bob,
What a good idea. I will be sure to forward your idea to our R&D team. We are always looking on ways to make the RESPeRATE experience as pleasant as possible!
How are you doing with your RESPeRATE otherwise????

(IMG:http://forum.resperate.com/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) My blood pressure drops considerably during a session and I assume this holds over until my next session. I did just have a problem, however. (IMG:http://forum.resperate.com/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) That's why I logged on to the forum. After getting hooked up to the earphones and strap, I went to move over and the cord snagged around the corner of the footstool I use which caused the whole unit to drop to the floor, popping the back to pop open and ejected the batteries. The unit looks fine but won't work. (IMG:http://forum.resperate.com/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) I tried new batteries but that didn't do any good. Is there a repair service offered by Resp@rate?

Dear Bob,
OUCH! There is no "repair" center to take the device to. Please call our customer service dept who will direct you. Toll free #: 1-877-988-9388, M-F 9am-6pm EST.
On a positive note, if you are seeing a drop in your BP reading after a session, it means that you are using it properly and your body is responding to the RESPeRATE effect! You should begin to see that sustained reduction in about 3-4 weeks! (IMG:http://forum.resperate.com/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
Thanks!

(IMG:http://forum.resperate.com/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Whew! I had my brother, who is an electrician, look at the unit and he found that the spring that makes the contact with the positive end of one pair of batteries had been dislodged and therefore made no contact. He was able to reposition it and... voila!... it works. Thanks for the attention, anyway.

Bob,
(IMG:http://forum.resperate.com/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) That is WONDERFUL to hear! We should all have a brother like yours! Mine would tell me to figure it out on my own! Thanks Bob's Brother! (IMG:http://forum.resperate.com/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
