It seems that for some folks the unit doesn't work. It would seem to me that it be useful, if the company would offer a service of accepting back units - testing them and then selling them as refurbished on consignment. $300 is a lot of money to some folks -- if there was some way to get these units second hand for say $200, or $150 it might help. Also, if there was a market for resale, then wouldn't have to worry about the 90 day period or whatever. If it works you keep it, if not you could sell it second hand with a small loss perhaps. The company could help by putting year number on units sold ... so be easy to see how old a unit one was getting.

I know people could buy or sell on EBAY but be easier through the company - Intercure ? . Before I bought my unit I looked for EBAY unit for sale, but there wasn't any second hand ones up for sale. This told me one thing, that most people chosen to keep their units. If 50,000 units been sold, and even 10% didn't like the unit, that should mean that there should be 5000 units out there for sale somewhere .... why aren't folks selling them ?

Putting up second hand units for sale might cut down temporarily on sales, but I think long-term it would actually boast sales. More folks would be inclined to buy -- when they know if it doesn't work for them -- say a year into the process, they can easily sell out and recoup most of their money. Intercure offering such limited trial period -- makes it seem like this product doesn't work -- what a better way to put confidence in the units -- by providing a low risk way of marketing them. And more people that try them, and it works, the more the word will get around, and more people will be using it, and so on.

I know there are number of folks looking to see if I can get off my drugs, or reduce my drugs. So, if I succeed, others will be looking to follow.

Thank you for your post. We do offer interest free monthly payment plans. As far as the returned units, we do donate many to charities and clinics (IMG:http://forum.resperate.com/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) . These units are also used for ongoing independent clincial studies.

I agree, and second the motion.
I would love to see a RESPeRATE "outlet" store.

I'm sure the product is worth the cost, but Medicare and fixed-income make things a little tight, sometimes.

Interesting. I think that if more people were to contact Medicare they'd wonder who we are and re-think approving the RESPeRATE!

Here in the UK RESPeRate now seems to appear regularly on E-Pay so picking one up, new or used, isn't a problem.

I've had elevated BP ever since people started measuring it, and as I hate pills and doctor stuff it looks like at least part of the solution so I'm buying a used one to give it a go. I also find myself getting quite wound up now and then, and I think it might help with that.

As a price guidline with the current Dollar / Pound rate the new price is approaching $400 US equivalent here.
