I am now using the resperate for more than one month. At first not much changing but after several weeks and changing the time when i am using the machine (from during the day to before going to sleep..) my BP is going down. starting with 160/170 by 80/90 it's now after using the machine around 130/140 by 70/80. My question is: those lower numbers are after using the machine. Whats is the effect for the whole day. I measure before and after. I see a slight changing of the measurements before using the machine, going down at average a bit too. but it's now mostly between 1540/150 by 80/85. After the exercise its down to what I wrote above. (130/140 by 70/80). Is this normal and does it really help during the time i am not using the machine...? Anyone having helpful comments? Thanks a lot.....! Rudolf

Rudolf,
Although that reduction after the session is great, we are looking for a sustained reduction. You should probably begin reading your BP some time in the day & use those readings as your guage.

You mean that I should measure earlier in the day, not just when starting with the Resperate? And tehn only measuring after using the machine?
thanks for help!

You don't need to measure your blood pressure before or even after a session. My question to you is, how did you monitor your blood pressure prior to using the Resperate? Those numbers prior to using the Resperate should be your base. You should compare your readings now to those readings.
