Hi,

My work schedule has me worikng remotely every other week. because of the size of the device--still wondering why the device needs to be so bulky--it is not practical for me to carry the resperate with me. So best case scenario I can use it half the time.

Here is what I'm doing as a possible solution: During one session, I used a splitter cable to feed the sound to the headphones and also to a recording device. I converted the recording to an mp3 file and now I take the recording with me on the road and listen to it via my Ipod.

Does anyone know if this will have the benefits experienced when using the device itself?

Wow, that's extreme! The only downfall to that is that while you do an actual RESPeRATE session, it's an interactive exercise based on your breathing rate at that moment. Listening to it being played back on your Ipod makes it "pre-recorded" and may not give you the results needed.
On another note, we understand that the RESPeRATE's current body design may be considered "out-dated" by some. This is something that we are looking into. In the meantime, I have forwarded your post to our R&D engineer guys.
