I wish to say that I own a resperate and I consider it to be a fine product. Having said that...(Here comes the BUT) I have found that I can sustain a deep breathing regimine of 5 breaths per minute for any length of time I wish. (Including the 15 minutes that resperate uses.)
Question: Is there really any difference between my using my resperate machine versus my doing it on my own? My lungs, heart and cardiovascular system certainly can't "see" what I'm using. As I said, this is NOT a put down of resperate. I'm only asking for views and information. I have NO intention of putting my resperate out on Ebay. |
