I have read all the user coments and suggestions on this forum, and at least 50% of them keep commenting on the fact that the machine allows the user to go to a LOWER BPM then they are confortable doing.
There is NO CONFORTABLE way to increase the BPM during a session. The current unit seems to be the THIRD version of the Resperate device.
Even in 2005, people were complaining about this problem. I believe Resperate needs to IMMEDIATEL
resolve this serious defect in the design.
Read all the comments for yourselves. I have tried all sorts of technics... breathing ahead of the tones, faster breathing...there is a lag of at least 1 minute , if the machine even responds.
Then it might zoom up to 15 BPM after being near 5 BPM.
The BPM increase on the display BUT the tones do NOT occur faster... but sometimes they do...
Sensor is reading 97% good reads. I feel Resperate CANNOT fail to address this problem VERY soon.
The defect goes against the goal of the device... breath CONFORTABLY at below 10 BPM.
Resperate needs to allow user setting of the lowest BPM the machine will go to.

Surprisingly enough, based on our surveys, statistical data shows an overwhelming preference of the male voice to a female voice! WHO KNEW!!???
But, I'm sure that we will be working on a model that gives you options.
