I sort of need this thing. I've been on lisinopril (sp?) for many months and hate the stuff. My BP's generally high or borderline (pre-lisinopril). Veggie Juice, cut-out salt, loose a few pounds and I'd be pretty good I think. My main problem is I can only hear with my cochlear implants which don't lend themselves to headphones very well. Is there any other way to gain the benefits of this device?
Thanks

Rich,
Are you able to use any kind of headphones? The jack is universal so any standard jack will fit. If not, then you can connect speakers to the jack. The purpose of the Resperate session is to be able to close your eyes, relax and breathe according to the guiding tones. There are visual guides as well, but visually following the guide will not result in a sustained reduction.
Breathe Easy!
