We were having insulation blown into the house which is a very messy operation. It took many days. Having workmen in and out during heavy rain tramping all over the house is something that usually sends my blood pressure through the roof. When they would trail leaves and dirt on the floor after just picking up the last load I would do my resperate breathing without the help of the machine. They are gone today... hallelujah and I will now sit done and do my breathing with the machine. I have just begun to clean. I had to start outside as we were tracking in even more insulation. However, I just took my blood pressure and am happy to share my numbers 106/56/54.
I do not remember how I found Resperate on the web but am grateful that I did.
