Hello! This is my first time posting anything. I am having a very difficult time keeping the breathing routine because when I am at 5 breath/min. I start yawning non-stop and can't follow. Anybody with the same problem? What should I do? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

My thought is you are new to resperate and have to practice actually breathing, that your yawning might be a result of a bit of stress. Keep on and breath at a rate comfortable for you. the machine will follow. If it goes too low, take off the headset and just breathe. when you put it back on, it should have caught up to your rhythm.

I'm wondering if you are using the resperate at bedtime when your mind and body are tired? I sometimes yawn too when I've left the resperate for late in the day. When I do the breathing in the morning or evening, I never yawn.
