I am a new user and see improvement in my BP. My question is to those individuals who are long-time users. Because continued improvement in BP is based on continued use of the device, what is the reliability of the device, have you had many problems, how long does it take to get repairs, what kinds of repair costs have you experienced? It would seem that if repairs are a problem and you are without the device for a period of time, you would experience elevated blood pressure and have to start your "program" over again.
