Hi:

I've tried it and it is not working (products like this do not work the same for everyone). I don't believe that your refund policy gives us enough time to test the product. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

I attempted telling this to your costumer service rep and was brushed off. They didn't want to hear it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

What can I do with a $300.00 gently used product that doesn't work for me? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
