(IMG:http://forum.resperate.com/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) Hi, my doc recently put me on Lipronsil, (sp) has anyone taken this medicine, and if so how did it make you feel and did you see any results... I was on procardia, but that drug is soooo old, and was giving me terrible headaches..., and also can any one tell me about Resperate and how is helps lower your blood pressure, any feedback would be great, I am looking in to getting it....

Hi Heather,
I am in my second month of using Resperate, twice daily 15 min each. I am under medication as well but I am seeing a 15-20 point drop in bp. The morning is the best 129/65 and in the pm it always goes higher 156/ 72 but this is great drop from what I used to experience 186/68. My doc is skeptical but I keep a daily log so this will help convince him that there is something to this. I walk aggresively for about an hour each day which is a great help in this type of therapy. I wouldn't hesitate a bit on buying if I were you. I hope to get off of some of these meds soon.
