This might seem strange ... but my batteries given out .... and darn, I don't have any spares, been too cold to get to the store to get some replacements. So, my unit not be used this week. I'm thinking at this point, be nice to have plug in option.

Not strange at all. It's quite frigid here in NYC as well & if I didn't have to get up to go to work, I wouldn't leave my house! I can't imagine how cold it is up by where you are. The good news is that blood pressure is generally lower in colder weather anyway and you can go about 2 weeks between Resperate sessions before the results begin to reverse. As far as that plug in option, you are not alone on that one. I am not sure what the reasoning is, but I will find out & get back to you. Breathe Easy!
