Does anyone know whether there is a problem with using the machine when the user has a pacemaker?

Dear Steve,
I checked with our Director of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs and am reporting back to you with the folowing:

Dr Ariela Alter, Director of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs says:

"Please refer to consult with the patient's cardiologist!
In general, the use of Resperate effects the cardiovascular system and one of its benefit is an increase in heart rate variability, this depends in this case on the pacemaker type that the patient has, which we don't know and safety depends very much on this information, so the best would be to consult the patient's cardiologist while providing the clinical material of Resperate.
-Ariela"
