1) I have trouble hearing the tones. I really have to concentrate, and I tend to get confused between going up and down in tone. I find it so easy to follow the little visual man display, and hate it when he disappears. Then I have to concentrate on the tone. Give me an option to have the visual display. Also like the little up and down bar thing at the first -- shows when breathing in and out. Why not keep that on the display also?

Second, there are times when I rather not be listening to the music. It gets tiresome, one just uses it to sink the breathing. A visual display let me take off the headset would be nice for variety.

2) I like to see the run time ... maybe let me decide when to end the session. There that little wheel display thing ... but a digital minutes done or something be nice to have. Sometimes I finish the 5 minutes session , decide to run longer, have to go through whole startup thing again.

3)More I use this unit more annoying I find the wires. They get tangled constantly. Everytime I use it I spend time trying to untangle the things. So, I wonder if it be possible to create a remote sensor ( wireless) unit. It could still be a band around you. Might not work ... but it could be possibility.

To have to "look" kinda defeats the purpose of the RESPeRATE. The RESPeRATE is based on people's natural tendency to follow musical rhythms. This requires no effort, which is why we say close your eyes and just breathe according to the tones. THIS is what gives you the sustained reduction in your blood pressure. (Effortless Breathing)
I have to agree with you with regards to the wires. A tip I can offer is to use a twist-tie to keep the cord as short as you need it to be.
Breathe Easy!

There IS a way to have the head and arrow showing in and out breathing remain ON ALL the time.

1... Turn ON the Resperate unit
2.... wait till the voice starts telling you to breath in and out
3..... Press the LEFT hand side button to TURN OFF the voice
4..... listen for VOICE OFF

5... NOW Turn OFF the resperate unit

6... Turn ON the resperate unit again... DO NOT TURN ON THE VOICE

7... The voice will NOT be on from now on.. AND the head and arrows will NOT vanish as the session continues

8.... as long as you don't turn on the voice, the unit will remain in this mode.

9.. if you want the voice, just turn it ON again

10 you must START the session with the voice ALREADY turned off to always see the head and arrows
