I tried posting this topic a few days ago, in response to someone who was discouraged about finding no improvement in lowering bp after using RespeRate. Somehow, I cannot seem to find my message nor the discouraged person's message. But I'll try again because I think this is important information. I feel consumers should have access to both the positive and negative results of the product they're considering, so that they can make informed decisions. I too have not lowered my bp after 3 months of carefully using RespeRate for about 5 days a week. I've tried varying the duration of the session (from 15 to 10 minutes), but to no avail. So, my experience has been negative. I'm sure others have benefited from this product, but until there's more objective research, it may be difficult to determine the likelihood that using RespeRate will lower bp, and by how much., given a person's characteristics, e.g., age, sex, weight, initial bp level, fitness level,..., etc. So, buying RespeRate is a gamble, but even though I lost my bet, I do not regret giving it a shot. Your post is there under Resperate User Reviews. I guess I'm surprised that there can be over 250 views to a thread yet 0 responses. Is it that no one has anything to contribute? We're talking about what could be a matter of life and death here, yet most are clammed up. To the OP, I'm starting out by using the RespeRate every day. I will keep everyone here informed of my progress over the next 4 weeks. I do expect to see results. My only recommendation is to read the user manual over well enough to become very familiar with the equipment as it does give feedback on your sessions. |

That's possible, but another thing that I see happen is that people probably read a thread then start their own topic...which is probably the same topic that's been posted already!
High blood pressure is not a joke and I don't think anyone takes it as such. I actually just responded to a posting telling that person that I've been sifting through this forum searching for topics/postings where it has taken months to see results! Some people had underlying health conditions that they nor their doctor were aware of, while others just were so high-stung and unable to relax! There is A LOT of information in this forum, so I am encouraging people to use the search keyword feature on the bottom of the page. Breathe Easy! Marguerite (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) |
