Hello,
My name is Ira and I am a new user to Resperate. I have been using my device everyday for about 5 weeks. My numbers seem to be good in that during a fifteen minute session, I have an average of 13 minutes within the therapeutic breathing range. I have a bpm rate of 4.9-5.0 which I know seems low, but I am perfectly comfortable with it. I have been a runner for over 30 years and have taken pulmonary function tests which show that I have excellent lung capacity so this may be the explanation. I really enjoy using the device, but the problem is that it seems to be having no effect on my blood pressure. Maybe I haven't used it long enough although the user manual says 3-4 weeks for effects to show. I would really appreciate any feedback or suggestions that anyone might care to make. Thank you, Ira |
