I am used to yoga breathing and find the exhale on the resperate to be too fast. Would it be beneficial to keep exhaling or should I follow the machines cues? I also find that at the end of the session my breathing rate is in the 3's. Is this too low?

I started with a 150/80 range and am now most often are in the 130/60 or 70 range. However, as some members have suggested, I have tested after a session and find 100/50 or 60 range. Is this normal, and could I expect to lower my pressure to that range?

I can't believe I only started eight days ago. I want to thank all of you for posting as you gave me the incentive to try the machine.

The tones are there to guide you. If you feel the exhale is too short, then continue to exhale and they will eventually adjust to your pace. Then they will guide you again.

Breathe Easy!
