I tried my Resperate for the first time yesterday and loved it! It was so relaxing that I used it again at night and had a great night sleep. Today, after I used it I did feel a bit light headed, is that normal? Also, I just started on BP medication and would love to be able to eliminate it at some point; my BP seems to be lower already, coincidence perhaps! At what point is my BP considered too low (with medication) that I should go see my doctor to make an adjustment in the dosage?

Shawna,
Although we can't particularly attribute the light headedness to the use of RESPeRATE, if you feel this immediately after a session it may mean that you went down too low of a breathing rate. We like to recommend that you do not go down below 5BPM. The exhale gets loooonger the lower you go and to keep up, might cause a lack of oxygen, which may be the cause of lightheadedness or dizziness.
Please keep in mind that it's not about how low you go, it's about maintaining a comfortable breathing pace.
Breathe Easy & Good Luck!
Keep us posted!
