Greetings!
I will be gettting this in the mail in about 2 days.
My blood pressure goes up and down during the day. I often get lightheaded because of it which is why I researched "non pill method". My doc says I will be on three pills if I dont get it down. I hate pills. It takes a lot to take this water pill. lol

My reading are anywhere from:
137-156 over 92-106 . I am on a water pill for a few days and I dont think anything is happening yet. High blood pressure runs in my family and for no reason.

I work out 4 times a week _cardio at least an hour. I am just starting to get into shape.
Im starting yoga on sundays now at my gym.

And I bought this machine. SOooo, I will update here on if it works or not. I am hopefull and just like anything else in life, if your hopefull it just might work.
