Just wondering if anyone has tried the new medication called Tekturna for hypertension. It was just FDA approved in March 2007. I just started it a few days ago. If anyone has tried it, please let me know how you feel, if it's working and any side effects...
By the way, prior I was taking Accupril 10mg, plus a diuretic. My bp was usually around 140 over 90. After 4 and a half weeks of using the Resperate, my bp dropped to 130 over 80. The reason I'm trying new med is I want to see if I won't have side effects.. If I do, then I'll go back to the Accupril. |
