I've been using Resperate for two weeks now and have only just checked my BP which worryingly has increased quite a bit! Obviously this isn't the result I was expecting. I am very worried about this and would appreciate any advice as to why this has happened and how can I get it back to normal. My original BP was 147/90 which I know was too high but it has now raised to 168/100 and even higher! I did check it three times today and there wasn't much difference in any of the readings. Some advice would be very much appreciated as I don't want to give up on it. I would rather give up on my medication which is very debilitating and it would be great to eventually get off it.

I have used my machine for 3 days now. The first day my BP was a nice 122/77 after the session. But the 2 following days I have seen my BP go up to 142/92. I don't think I am forcing anything. I called customer service and they felt I should continue doing the sessions and justbreathing easy. But I am worried because I see my MD soon and if I can't get the numbers down to somewhere near normal he will want to increase my Lisinopril to even more than the 20mg. I take now. Any ideas or suggestions ?
