When I found out that I had high blood pressure (160/85) about one and a half years ago, I admit that I was more than a little upset. I am a very active 67 year-old grandmother, and not overweight. I am a vegetarian, and eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, I walk for half an hour at least three times a week, and I could not think of any way in which I could change my diet and lifestyle to a healthier one.

I did cut out salt, tried reflexology and kinesiology (Touch for Health), none of which made any difference to my high blood pressure, and I was not prepared to accept my doctor’s advice to start taking pills, especially after I asked him, “For how long?” and he replied, “For the rest of your life.”

Fortunately for me, a neighbour of mine told me about Resperate, and after reading about it on the internet, I sent off for my little machine, and within 6 weeks of daily breathing exercises I was delighted to find that my blood pressure had gradually returned to a very normal 120/75. I continued using Resperate daily until I went abroad for 3 months, when I felt that a short break would not do me any harm. However, on my return I was really shocked to find out that it had gone up alarmingly to180/90. Once again I returned to my trusty machine, and after just three weeks of breathing exercises, it has already gone down to 130/80 and I expect that within a few more weeks it will return to 120/75. I realize that my mistake had been in thinking that I was cured, and I understand now that I will be using it for the rest of my life, but that is far preferable to taking pills. In fact I really enjoy my daily quarter of an hour of relaxation, sitting quietly and doing my breathing exercises.

Thank you very much for your wonderful little machine! Thank you Resperate!
