I have been using Resperate for only 3 weeks - I appreciate results are only expected to appear after 3-4 weeks and therefore I need to be patient. However, I have to admit to being disappointed as, so far, there has been no reduction in my BP numbers.

I checked the length of the money back guarantee and there are two very different statements. The Money Back Guarantee page says ...

Which is correct? 30 days? Or 8 weeks?

I ask because a 30 day money back guarantee would appear to be incompatible with the view that sustained results usually occur around the 3rd or 4th week of regular and proper use.

As of February 2007, the return policy is 30 day money back guarantee. It takes about 3-4 weeks before you begin to notice a sustained reduction in your blood pressure. This is usually an indication that you are using it properly and that your body is responding to it. If you feel that 30 days is not enough time, then be sure to call into our Customer Care Dept to speak to a rep who will be able to further help you!

Information as to $50.00 refund. If you were promised a refund of $50.00, take heart. I finally received mine after 9 months. maybe you should tell customers that it could take that long, instead of saying 2-3 months.

It takes approx 8-10 weeks for the $50.00 rebate check to be processed. If it took you 9 months, then it's obvious there was a problem with the submission. If anyone is experiencing a problem with receiving their rebate check, then all they need to do is call 1-877-988-9388 to speak with a Customer Care Rep who will help move it along for you.
