What do you think? Can I relax into a book while breathing along with the Resparate music?

If you are looking to relax while reading a book then this is fine, but remember that doing anything else while in a RESPeRATE session would be considered a "distraction" and will not help in providing you with a sustained reduction in your BP.

This is interesting, Marguerite. It moves the Resperate method out of the purely mechanical (just the breathing) and into mindfulness -- meditation.

Thank you.
