I got my machine on Wednesday and it is so addictive! I guess I didn't realize how tense I am all the time because after a 15 minute session I feel wonderful. I am also trying to avoid the BP meds since I am not even forty yet. Any tips for a newbie are appreciated - I got the breathing thing down pat. After I quit thinking about what was going on, it seemed like my breathing followed right along with the tones. Gosh I hope this is how it's supposed to work!
Thanks! |

Starting off with a positive attitude is a good start! The next tip, which is overlooked by many is to TRULY RELAX! Try not to think about too much during your session.
