I have used Respirate almost daily since February 2009. In the past week I noticed that the prompter's voice had disappeared from the recording. I used it this way for about 4/5 days and then considered that this might indicate a need to change batteries.
After changing the batteries, I turned the machine on, heard the usual "breath normally" prompt and turned it off again, thinking that it was back on track. However, when I used it the next time and in the days since, the voice is still missing. Would be glad for your thoughts, suggestions. Thank you! |

Do you have the standard model or the Ultra? In either case, each has a mute button. On the standard it is located on the left hand side and with the Ultra it is the menu button which can be accessed only during a session. Often times, especially with the Ultra, when someone is scrolling through they inadvertently mute the voice.
