I have used my Resperate for several months without any problems. Recently, I can't get started, the loose belt icon stays on, no matter how I reposition, tighten or loosen the belt. I tried changing the batteries too.
I phoned your customer service, told this to the woman there, and she kept saying that I needed to reposition the sensor. And change the batteries. And put the sensor right on my skin. Ridiculous! (Yes, I tried that, too, and it did not work). Obviously there is something wrong with the unit when it works for several months on the same person in the same way, then will not work for the same person using it the same way. I normally don't have this kind of problem with customer service and tech people. We didn't argue, but I wasn't given any satisfaction, and I'm not too happy about it.
Just before posting this, I did a search on your forum and found that the problem was said to possibly be a loose wire in the sensor.
May I have this problem corrected, please?
