Dear Madam--

As I use RESPERATE, it continues to lower my BPM to the point where I become uncomfortable. My comfort range is somewhere between 6-8 bpms. Is there a way for the unit to lock in a particular number?

At this time, there is no way to lock it. This used to happen to me which is why I switched from doing 15 min sessions to 10 min sessions. I found that by shortening the session, I found myself ending at or around 6.0 BPM rather than below 5.0 BPM. If shortening the session is not something you'd like to do, then when you get to around the 6 BPM mark, remove the headphones and breathe at comfortable pace.
