I've just been diagnosed with high blood pressure. It's being controlled with one medication at a very low dose. I had mentioned Resperate to my doctor who said it couldn't hurt. But I just saw in one of the discussions that Reserate won't help high blood pressure that is controlled and within normal limits. My goal is to not have to take the blood pressure medication at all. Right now, my BP is 120s/70s with medication. Without the meds, it's in the 140s to 160s over 90s. Will Reserate help me?
