I won't tell you what my bp was last summer, but suffice it to say it was monumental! Herbal treatment, more exercise & yoga had made it drop, but nowhere near far enough. I've now used my Resperate for 4 days & had my bp checked by my Herbalist/Acupuncturist, only to find it has gone up to the highest he's seen to date: 210/140. I'm hopeful that the 'box of tricks' will work its miracle & I'll keep ya posted.

Dear John,
If you are seeing an increase after a RESPeRATE session, it is highly possible that you put too much effort into your session. It's important to let the musical tones guide you. It's also important to relax! Breathe Easy! Marguerite (IMG:http://forum.resperate.com/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) |
