I won't tell you what my bp was last summer, but suffice it to say it was monumental! Herbal treatment, more exercise & yoga had made it drop, but nowhere near far enough. I've now used my Resperate for 4 days & had my bp checked by my Herbalist/Acupuncturist, only to find it has gone up to the highest he's seen to date: 210/140. I'm hopeful that the 'box of tricks' will work its miracle & I'll keep ya posted.

Dear John,
If you are seeing an increase after a RESPeRATE session, it is highly possible that you put too much effort into your session. It's important to let the musical tones guide you. It's also important to relax!
