hello everybody
i am 31 years old and i recently detected that i have high bp. i have now bought resperate, changed my diet and i am now doing exercise 3-4 times weekly - hoping that all that together will stop me from taking medicine. in parallel i am trying to find out if anything that i am doing is causing bp to go up and down. so far the only thing i believe impacts bp is the weather. we are having a heat wave here in europe since 2 weeks now and bp is significantly higher since then. does anybody know if there is any link in between hot weather and high bp?? thanks in advance! martin |
