Hello,

I assume that this forum is read by people from the company producing Resperate. If yes, maybe they can help me.

I ordered Resperate more than a month ago and I still don't have it. Apparently, the shipping company didn't find me home so they just simply returned the product to the producer - they gave me the date of return and the name of the person at Resperate who signed for it. I've called customer service at Resperate 5 times, sent about 8 emails -- and the response I get is either 1) we don't know what happened, or 2) it's held in depot with the shipping company.

As I paid for the device, I would appreciate receiving it (apart from getting meaningful responses from customer service -- or any responses at all).

Any help would be appreciated as this is getting a bit
