Is resperate effective for users who are otherwise very healthy and have stress-related HBP? I am very fit (athletic), and my BP is normal in the morning and early afternoon, but by the time I get home from work it's terrible. 150'/90's, sometimes higher. yet, I love my job, I own my own biz. I also do not have any cholesterol issues. I do yoga daily and I have been a meditator for over 6 years. Can resperate really help someone like me? so far I used it 20 days straight and it's very pleasant, but not luck on the BP. I think I'll try Erik's advice just in case. any thoughts?

I am in your shoes. IN fact, the owners of this site should stress that SOMETIMES a spike in Blood Pressure may be a symptom, not the cause.
I had a terrific headache at work, went to the nurse, my BP was 170/103.
She had me lie down, took it again later lying down: 148/95. sat up: 153/99.
The quack I went to changed my BP medicine.
Didn't need it. Went home and took a SINUS pill with Tylenol (not those pills such as ADVIL, which actually go against BP medicine.
That was all I needed.

Sometimes, high BP is caused by something else entirely. And of course, stress can be a contributor but it could also be coffee. Somewhere maybe on this site, you could find other contributing causes.
Your job might be wholly responsible, as incompetent co-workers and apthetic bosses can be an answer, as well as the bullying or con artist co-worker/boss.

To respond to Vic, yes, the RESPeRATE can be safely used even if you are at a "healthy" reading. There are many younger people using it today as part of their preventative plan. Diet, exercise, eat right, use RESPeRATE to help avoid or lessen the severity of future health problems.
There are many causing contributers to the developement of High Blood Pressure. It doesn't just happen overnight. Everyday stresses such as work, dealing with co-workers, being stuck in traffic even coffee could all be contributors.
Everytime you get stressed or upset, your body tenses. The RESPeRATE relaxes you!
Breathe Easy!
